the room was spacious and very clean. a drinking water machine in the room was a big bonus. breakfast offered great choices. i enjoyed the nice walk on the promenade near the hotel.
i think lower overnight parking charges would be beneficial considering the hotel's location.

The staff provided prompt hot water when we needed it. Their attentiveness was excellent. the employees demonstrated care and speed, quickly bringing a kettle of hot water to our room, greatly appreciated.

The breakfast buffet offered many delicious options, and I loved the artisanal gelato. the black truffle honey. The hotel's 25-meter outdoor infinity pool overlooks the harbor, a very stylish feature. My room was super clean, offering great amenities. The staff helped with my luggage upon arrival, providing excellent service.
The boats across stop quite early, limiting late night travel to other parts of the area.

The Big Bay Cafe has buffet options for breakfast , lunch , and dinner with many rare dishes. Artisanal gelato and black truffle honey were available . I really enjoyed the food, drinks, and ambiance.

From arrival, staff helped with luggage and were very cute plus efficient. Front desk staff were consistently pleasant and respectful. Late checkout was accommodated, demonstrating attentiveness, which I found to be really really good.

I was quite disappointed that the selection of items on the buffet for the durian afternoon tea was very limited. the items lacked flavor. Only the durian platter was good.

the room was spacious according to standards here. i liked the nespresso machine available in the room. the hotel provided robes and slippers, which i found useful. the water view from my room was beautiful.
The food variety was somewhat limited. I had hoped for a larger selection.
